These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SalonHarbor.com, including any ebooks, digital products, consultations, marketing plans, agency services, live chat support, and related products or services offered by SalonHarbor (“SalonHarbor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the website, placing an order, purchasing a digital product, booking a consultation, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or purchase our products or services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase a product or service from SalonHarbor.
If you use SalonHarbor on behalf of a salon, spa, barbershop, beauty studio, med-spa, company, or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Our Products and Services
SalonHarbor provides products and services designed primarily for salon and beauty-business owners, including:
- Ebooks, playbooks, templates, worksheets, scripts, and digital resources
- Instagram and Meta advertising services
- Google Business Profile optimisation
- Review and reputation-management support
- Website and landing-page services
- Email and SMS automation
- Content and Reels production
- Marketing consultations and related agency services
Specific features, deliverables, timelines, prices, and limitations will be described on the relevant product page, pricing page, proposal, invoice, checkout page, or written service agreement.
We may modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue a product, service, plan, or website feature at any time. Changes will not remove deliverables already paid for unless reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside our control or agreed with the client.
3. Educational and Marketing Information
Our ebooks, templates, scripts, guides, website content, and recommendations are provided for educational, informational, and marketing purposes.
SalonHarbor does not provide legal, tax, financial, accounting, employment, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
You are responsible for evaluating whether a strategy, advertisement, offer, message, or recommendation is suitable and lawful for your business.
4. Accounts and Information
Certain website features or services may require you to create an account or provide business information.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Keep login details and passwords secure
- Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access
- Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account
- Update information when it changes
We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information, compromised login details, or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your account.
5. Orders and Payments
Prices are displayed on the applicable product page, pricing page, proposal, invoice, or checkout page.
By placing an order, you authorise SalonHarbor and its payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for the displayed amount, including any applicable taxes or approved third-party expenses.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. We may decline, cancel, or temporarily hold an order where we reasonably suspect:
- Fraud or unauthorised payment activity
- Incorrect billing information
- Pricing or technical errors
- Misuse of a promotion
- Violation of these Terms
- Activity that could harm SalonHarbor or another party
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. SalonHarbor generally does not directly store complete payment-card numbers or security codes.
6. Taxes and Currency
Prices may be displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, currency-conversion charges, bank charges, or payment-provider fees associated with your purchase, except where SalonHarbor is legally required to collect and remit them.
7. Ebook Delivery and Access
Ebooks and other digital products are normally delivered electronically after successful payment through a download page, email, account area, or digital-delivery provider.
You are responsible for:
- Providing a valid email address
- Checking spam or promotions folders
- Downloading and securely storing purchased files
- Using a compatible device and PDF reader
- Contacting us if access or delivery fails
For order or delivery assistance, contact order@salonharbor.com.
Delivery may be delayed by payment review, incorrect customer information, technical issues, security checks, or third-party service interruptions.
8. Digital Product Licence
Purchasing an ebook or digital resource gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes.
Unless expressly authorised in writing, you may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the product
- Upload it to a public website or shared download platform
- Share it with unrelated businesses or third parties
- Copy or reproduce substantial portions for commercial distribution
- Remove copyright, branding, or ownership notices
- Present the product as your own work
- Use it to create a competing ebook, template library, course, or commercial product
- Use automated tools to extract, reproduce, or republish the content
Reasonable internal use by the purchaser and members of the same salon business is permitted unless a product page states otherwise.
9. Ebook Money-Back Guarantee
Eligible ebook purchases are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee displayed on the applicable product or checkout page.
To request an ebook refund:
- Contact order@salonharbor.com
- Submit the request within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date
- Provide the purchaser’s name, email address, and valid order details
- Briefly identify the product for which the refund is requested
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
The guarantee applies only to eligible ebook purchases. It does not guarantee bookings, revenue, leads, appointments, advertising performance, or other business results.
We may reject refund requests that are fraudulent, abusive, submitted after the refund period, associated with unauthorised redistribution, or otherwise ineligible under our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits a refund, replacement, correction, or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Agency Service Fees
Payments for agency services are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by SalonHarbor in writing.
Work may be considered commenced when we perform activities including:
- Strategy or research
- Account review or setup
- Campaign planning
- Copywriting or design
- Website or landing-page work
- Content production
- Automation setup
- Technical configuration
- Meetings or consultations
- Allocation of team time or resources
Failure to use, review, approve, or fully participate in a service does not automatically create a right to a refund or credit.
11. Recurring Plans and Automatic Billing
Monthly agency plans renew automatically at the billing frequency disclosed at purchase unless cancelled before the next billing date.
By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorise SalonHarbor and its payment provider to charge the applicable recurring fee to your selected payment method until cancellation.
You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.
Where reasonably available, we will provide information about:
- The recurring price
- Billing frequency
- Included services
- How to cancel
- When cancellation becomes effective
Plan pricing or features may change. Where required, we will provide advance notice before a material change applies to a future billing cycle.
12. Cancelling a Recurring Plan
You may cancel a recurring agency plan before the next billing cycle by contacting support@salonharbor.com, using live chat, or using any cancellation method made available through your account or payment portal.
Cancellation:
- Prevents charges for future billing cycles
- Does not normally refund the current or previous billing period
- Does not create a prorated refund or account credit
- Does not reverse approved third-party expenses
- Becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise
You should submit a cancellation request sufficiently before the next billing date to allow it to be received and processed.
We will honour any cancellation rights or procedures that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Service Scope and Deliverables
Agency services are limited to the deliverables included in the selected plan, proposal, invoice, checkout description, or written agreement.
Requests outside the original scope may require:
- A revised timeline
- A plan upgrade
- Additional fees
- A separate quotation
- A new service agreement
Services or deliverables not expressly included should not be assumed to be included.
14. Unlimited Revisions
Where a service plan includes unlimited revisions, revisions are limited to the original project brief, agreed strategy, and included deliverables.
Unlimited revisions do not include:
- Completely new projects or campaigns
- New services, platforms, pages, or deliverables
- Replacing an approved direction with an unrelated concept
- Rework caused by inaccurate or incomplete client information
- Changes requested after final approval or completion
- Requests submitted outside the applicable service period
- Repeated changes that materially alter the original scope
Revision requests must be clear, reasonable, and consolidated where possible.
SalonHarbor may treat out-of-scope requests as additional work and provide a separate quotation.
15. Client Cooperation and Approvals
The client agrees to provide accurate and timely:
- Business details
- Services and pricing
- Promotions and offers
- Brand assets and guidelines
- Account access
- Images, videos, and content
- Feedback and approvals
- Booking availability
- Legal disclaimers or required disclosures
- Permissions and licences
Project timelines may be extended if required information, access, feedback, or approval is delayed.
Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving final content, advertisements, offers, claims, prices, messages, and deliverables before publication.
SalonHarbor is not responsible for errors that the client approved or failed to identify during the review process.
16. Advertising Budgets and Third-Party Costs
Agency service fees do not include advertising spend, software subscriptions, domains, website hosting, premium plugins, email or SMS usage, stock assets, booking-platform fees, or other third-party expenses unless expressly stated.
Approved third-party fees may be charged directly by the provider or separately by SalonHarbor.
Third-party expenses are generally non-refundable and are governed by the applicable provider’s own terms.
Clients are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds and valid payment methods for advertising and third-party services.
17. Third-Party Platforms
Our products and services may involve platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Meta advertising tools, Google Business Profile, website providers, payment processors, email services, SMS providers, booking systems, and live chat platforms.
SalonHarbor does not own or control these third parties and cannot guarantee:
- Advertisement approval
- Account availability
- Search or profile rankings
- Specific advertising costs
- Platform uptime
- Continued access to particular features
- Protection from account restrictions or suspensions
- That platform policies or algorithms will remain unchanged
You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, advertising standards, and community guidelines of each platform you use.
18. Advertising and Business Results
SalonHarbor does not guarantee any specific number of:
- Appointments
- Leads
- Customers
- Reviews
- Followers
- Website visitors
- Advertising conversions
- Sales or revenue
Results vary based on location, demand, competition, offer quality, budget, reputation, response time, business operations, implementation, and other factors.
“Fill Every Chair in 30 Days” is a product title and intended objective, not a guarantee that every purchaser will achieve full appointment capacity within 30 days.
Please review our Disclaimer for additional information.
19. Review and Reputation Services
SalonHarbor may assist clients in requesting, monitoring, and responding to genuine customer reviews.
Clients may not use our services to:
- Create or purchase fake reviews
- Misrepresent customer experiences
- Impersonate customers
- Offer prohibited incentives for positive reviews
- Suppress legitimate criticism through unlawful means
- Manipulate ratings in violation of platform rules
- Publish false or misleading testimonials
We may refuse or terminate any request involving deceptive, unlawful, or manipulative review practices.
20. Email and SMS Services
Clients using email or SMS services are responsible for ensuring that their contact lists and communications comply with applicable consent, privacy, marketing, and opt-out requirements.
Clients must not provide purchased, scraped, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorised contact lists.
SalonHarbor may refuse to send or create communications that appear unlawful, deceptive, misleading, abusive, or unsolicited.
The client remains responsible for maintaining required records of consent and honouring unsubscribe, opt-out, and do-not-contact requests.
21. Intellectual Property
SalonHarbor.com and its original content, including branding, text, graphics, ebooks, templates, scripts, worksheets, designs, systems, methods, and website materials, are owned by or licensed to SalonHarbor and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred except as expressly stated in these Terms or a written agreement.
You may not use SalonHarbor’s name, logo, branding, website content, or proprietary materials without prior written permission.
22. Ownership of Client Deliverables
After full payment, the client may use final approved custom deliverables created specifically for the client for their normal business and marketing purposes, subject to any limitations stated in the applicable proposal or agreement.
SalonHarbor retains ownership of:
- Pre-existing templates
- Internal systems and methods
- General strategies and processes
- Reusable design elements
- Software, tools, and frameworks
- Drafts and unused concepts
- Third-party materials
- Licensed assets subject to separate terms
The client receives only the rights that SalonHarbor is legally permitted to provide for third-party fonts, stock images, software, music, video, or other licensed materials.
We will not publicly display confidential client materials or completed work as a portfolio example without permission where consent is required or confidentiality has been agreed.
23. Client Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of content and materials you provide to SalonHarbor.
By providing content, you grant us a limited permission to use, copy, edit, adapt, store, and publish it only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for all materials you provide, including:
- Logos and brand assets
- Photographs and videos
- Music and audio
- Testimonials and reviews
- Customer information
- Trademarks and business names
- Promotional claims and offers
You are responsible for claims resulting from materials or instructions that infringe another party’s rights or violate applicable law.
24. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential business information received from the other party.
Confidential information does not include information that:
- Is publicly available without breach of these Terms
- Was already lawfully known
- Is independently developed
- Is lawfully obtained from another source
- Must be disclosed under a valid legal requirement
We may share information with team members, contractors, and service providers who reasonably need it to perform the requested services and are subject to appropriate obligations.
25. Acceptable Use

- Violate applicable law
- Commit fraud or impersonation
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Interfere with website security or operation
- Scrape or extract content without permission

- Create false advertising or deceptive claims
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or discriminate against others
- Resell or redistribute our digital products without authorisation
- Circumvent payment, access, or security controls
- Use our services for unlawful review manipulation
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
26. Suspension and Termination
SalonHarbor may suspend or terminate an order, account, project, or service where:
- Payment is overdue, reversed, or disputed
- Required information or access is not provided
- The client engages in abusive or threatening conduct
- A request appears unlawful or deceptive
- These Terms are materially violated
- Continuing the service could create legal, security, or reputational risk
- A third-party platform prevents continued performance
Where reasonable, we may provide an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.
Termination does not remove payment obligations for work already completed, the current billing period, approved expenses, or non-cancellable third-party commitments.
27. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact order@salonharbor.com so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Submitting a knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent payment dispute may result in suspension of access, cancellation of services, collection activity, or other lawful action.
This section does not prevent you from exercising legitimate rights available through your payment provider or applicable law.
28. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
By using the website or services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as explained in those policies.
29. Disclaimers of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SalonHarbor.com, our digital products, and our services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

- Every strategy will be suitable for every business
- Third-party platforms will remain available
- Digital files will be compatible with every device or software

- Any particular marketing or financial result will be achieved
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
30. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SalonHarbor and its owners, team members, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from the website, products, or services.
This includes loss of:

- Advertising spend
- Customers or appointments
- Data or content
- Reputation
- Business opportunities
- Anticipated savings
- Access to third-party platforms
Where liability cannot be fully excluded, SalonHarbor’s total liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the three months immediately before the event, except where a different limitation is required by applicable law.
31. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SalonHarbor and its owners, team members, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Content or materials you provide
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable law
- Your infringement of another party’s rights
- Unauthorised, misleading, or unlawful business instructions
- Your use of completed deliverables after approval
- Your failure to obtain required permissions or consent
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by SalonHarbor’s unlawful conduct.

- Payment-provider interruptions

33. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which SalonHarbor is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory legal protections that cannot be waived under the laws applicable in their place of residence.
Before beginning formal legal proceedings, the parties should make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter by contacting support@salonharbor.com.
34. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our products, services, prices, business practices, technology, or legal obligations change.
The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply from the date they are published unless another effective date is stated. Material changes affecting an active recurring service will be communicated where required.
Continued use of SalonHarbor.com after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
35. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
36. No Waiver
A delay or failure by SalonHarbor to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that or any other provision later.
37. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable product page, proposal, invoice, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Disclaimer, Return and Refund Policy, and any written service agreement, form the complete agreement between you and SalonHarbor regarding the relevant product or service.
